prueba de fugon

Here's a typical"fugon", mentioned in my most recent mass mail:

These are very common in rural Honduras. Usually they are made of adobe and cement. The wood is long sticks that you feed into the fire under the "stove top" as needed (upper right). This fugon has a warming oven below, which I thought was kinda cool.
Apparently someday I need to learn to cook homemade corn tortillas on this thing (or one very like it).
